1. Who we are

This site is operated by Zandla Ltd, trading as Atomic Solutions — a UK private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 16061709). Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.

In these terms, "Atomic", "we", "us" and "our" mean Zandla Ltd. "You" means anyone using this site.

2. Using this site

You're welcome to browse, read, and share links to anything published here. In return, please don't:

  • use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful;
  • scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract content with automated tools without our written permission;
  • attempt to interfere with the site, its security, or the experience of other visitors;
  • reproduce or republish substantial portions of the site without attribution and our consent.

3. Engagements

This website is informational. Nothing on it is a contract, a quote, or an offer to provide services.

Anything beyond the site itself — proposals, scoping calls, builds, ongoing work — is governed by a separately signed master services agreement and statement of work between Zandla Ltd and the client. Those documents take precedence over anything you read here.

4. Intellectual property

The site's design, copy, imagery, and code samples are owned by Zandla Ltd or used with permission. "Atomic Solutions" and the Atomic mark are trademarks of Zandla Ltd. Other names and logos shown on the site belong to their respective owners.

Visiting the site doesn't grant you a licence to reuse anything published on it beyond ordinary fair-dealing rights under UK law.

5. Third-party links and content

The site may link to third-party tools, articles, or services. We don't control those destinations and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability. A link isn't an endorsement.

6. No warranties

The site is provided as-is. We aim for accuracy, but we don't warrant that the content is complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose. Case-study metrics describe past projects under specific conditions and aren't a promise of similar results.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zandla Ltd isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site — including indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be excluded under English law.

8. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The English courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here is the current one, and the date at the top reflects when it last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
